As a floor covering in the rooms, 2 mm thick parquet is planned. High windows and an exit to the balcony guarantee daylight during most of the day part of the day.

Of the other rooms, the apartment has an entrance hall, a loggia (balcony), and an external storage room located on the first floor, in the immediate vicinity residential units. In the entrance hall and the loggia, anti-slip ceramics of class l have been designed. The fence on the facade portals and loggia is made of lamistal glass.
